Hello, my name is Crystal Juarez. I am a licensed esthetician that will guarantee to give you a complete customized set of lashes that best compliments your facial structure. I specialize in classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume lash extensions. I also provide esthetic services. It will be shown on the service list. Booking with Crystal J rules: Booking fees are NONREFUNDABLE & NONTRANSFERABLE. It is required for every appointment. If you book and cancel, you will lose that booking fee. Your fee is processed as a separate transaction that will go towards your service. A VALID card must be on file in order to process your payment. You will be charged a $15 late fee if you are 15 min late. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to call 870-406-9054. NO REFUNDS Cancellations must be completed 48 hours in advance for scheduled appointments. Failure to do so will result in cancellation fee. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 40% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
